9win Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "9win" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at 9win-vip.com and all associated services, sub-domains, and mobile interfaces.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the 9win platform using a unique mobile number or email address.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a player's 9win account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player account by 9win under a specific promotional offer.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all 9win account transactions are denominated.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other product available through 9win.
• "Eligible Player" means a Pakistani resident who is 18 years of age or older, not subject to any self-exclusion, and not otherwise restricted from using 9win services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked at eligible odds or games before bonus funds or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden at 9win.

To register and use a 9win account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. 9win is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not accept players under the legal adult age.
2. You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where access to online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of 9win is lawful in your specific location.
3. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 9win or any third-party responsible gambling programme.
4. You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 9win or its affiliated entities. Persons connected to 9win operations are prohibited from holding player accounts.
6. You must not have previously had a 9win account closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

Each eligible person may register one account at 9win. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

When registering at 9win, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 9win account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9win immediately via our support channels. 9win will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

All financial transactions at 9win are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — meaning accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited at 9win.

9win does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges which are outside 9win's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider regarding any applicable fees before initiating a withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at 9win, including cricket, PSL, football, esports, and all other sporting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet slip before confirming. 9win does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and confirmed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required time has elapsed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket, the minimum required overs are determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applicable to the competition in question.
• 9win reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a manifest error. Where an error in odds is identified prior to settlement, affected bets will be settled at the correct price or voided at 9win's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary by competition, market type, and player account status. 9win may apply individual account betting limits at its discretion without prior notice.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the live betting service. 9win does not guarantee continuous live betting availability and may suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to be successful. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator will be recalculated with the remaining legs. A two-leg accumulator with one void reverts to a single bet.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated as: Stake × Decimal Odds. All odds at 9win are displayed in decimal format. Pakistani players accustomed to fractional or Malay odds should familiarise themselves with decimal conversion before placing large bets.

The casino, live dealer, slots, and poker products at 9win operate under the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game interface.

• All casino games at 9win use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is random and statistically independent of previous outcomes.

2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. • Creating or operating more than one account at 9win under any identity, whether your own or a third party's.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on non-public information in violation of sporting integrity rules.
• Systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee risk-free profits by exploiting pricing inconsistencies across markets at 9win.
• Collusion with other players in poker or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's payment details, bank account, or mobile wallet without that person's explicit consent.
• Any attempt to launder money or use 9win for any financial transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9win staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 9win platform.
